Fresh mahi mahi dusted w/ Voo Doo blackening spices, seared on a white hot cast iron skillet. Crowned w/ a rich black bean & roasted corn salsa.  Accompanied by Spanish rice and finished w/ a cool cilantro sour cream.  8.99

 

CHAR GRILLED STEELHEAD
