Plump jumbo shrimp wrapped in a thick slice of our crispy, Cajun cured smoked bacon. Served with a pickled asparagus, beet, cauliflower & carrot slaw.

Paired with Reggie’s French River Red Ale

Mini Pork Rib Sandwich

Mini country style pork rib, cooked low & slow, served on grilled sourdough and crowned with pickled mango & jalapeno. Served with hand cut sweet potato chips.

Paired with Maxton Bay Maibock

Dill Poached New Zealand Salmon

A gorgeous cut of rich New Zealand  salmon  poached w/ fresh dill, drizzled w/ an infused olive oil. Served with a cucumber, radish & onion salad with micro greens and  lemon vinaigrette

Paired with Whitefish Bay Wheat Beer

Braised Rabbit w/ Swiss Chard Ragout

Slow braised, farm raised rabbit served with a Swiss chard ragout and chargrilled manioc root.

Paired with Big Bonnie Blonde Ale

Homemade Lemon Sorbet  w/ Cranberry Cookie & Kaffir Leaf Syrup

A refreshingly tart lemon sorbet, garnished with a spent grain and cranberry cookie & kaffir lime leaf syrup.

Paired with a Ginger Infused Pelican Island Pilsner

Wine Club Dates

All wine club members join us on the following dates at 6:00pm for complimentary appitizers.  Wine tasting will be from 6:30-7:30.  Not a wine club member? Please feel free to join us as a guest for $20 or join our wine club for a lifetime for $75.  We are hoping to start traveling to new locations again so stay tuned for updates!
